Many philosophers and even those who have since been canonized have asked this question. I am much more relaxed now about this issue because I think I have found an answer that makes sense to me.

Who ever was the first being (whether God or someone else before him), he brought himself to life. Ya'll know about the big bang right? Well, it did happen but not after the first being came to life. If the big bang would have taken place before or without the first being coming to life, then the consequence would have been somewhat of a painful process, evolution taking many years and the animals suffering. So in order to save other beings (animals) from suffering, the first being aka Alpha brought himself to existence many years before. But he still allowed the big bang to take place for reasons i cannot explain right now.


BTW, I AM THE FIRST BEING. I AM THE ALPHA AND OMEGA.

Don't be so upset. Maybe your post was deleted for language and not cursing God. You can say all you want about God. We all do at some point in our lives.

On a related note, I recently watched "Twilight Revelations: Episodes in the Life & Times of Emperor Haile Selassie" and in it the Emperor's attendee talked about Haile Selassie's reaction to his son's merdo. When Ras Mesfin was found dead in his car (which is another issue by itself), the Patriarch and the Emperor's close friends went to tell him the bad news. After hearing about it, he went out to his balcony. People told the guard to go out there and watch him (I guess in case he decides to jump or something.) The guard said that he heard the Emperor say the following: "God, why have you taken my favorite son from me? Why have you done this to me? Do you want me to abandon you? Do you? I will not." I find this interesting because he was proclaimed "defender of the faith."

It is also interesting because Jesus said the same thing..."Father, why have you forsaken me?"

So, Zebegna, why have you abandoned God? Or did he abandon you first?
